The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our finance team in Helsinki. In this role, you'll own a broad range of finance operations — from accounts payable, invoicing and collections to month-end close, reporting, implementing new tools and process development — helping make sure our numbers are accurate, our cash flow is healthy, and our customers and stakeholders stay happy.

In short: you'll help keep the financial engine of CurifyLabs running smoothly. (Underrated superpower.)

NetSuite experience is a strong plus, and you'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners globally.

What You'll Be Doing (aka your superpowers)

• Own the accounts payable process end to end and lead bringing it in-house, from invoice receipt and approvals to payments and vendor management
• Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting activities
• Create, process, and post customer invoices and credit memos in NetSuite
• Monitor aging reports, follow up with customers, and drive collections to keep DSO healthy
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, documentation and NetSuite functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Support audits, tax filings, and compliance by providing documentation and explanations when needed

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, or similar

Experience

• Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling role
• Exposure to several finance areas (AR, AP, reporting, close, reconciliations) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
