At NAPA Safety Solutions, we help the world's leading ship owners and operators improve safety and operational efficiency through industry-leading digital solutions and hardware systems used onboard vessels worldwide. To support our hardware delivery operations, we are looking for a Hardware Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of NAPA’s hardware supply chain, consisting mainly of computers, onboard PCs, networking equipment and related accessories used in NAPA’s vessel safety solutions. You’ll make sure hardware orders are placed on time, inventory remains accurate, and customer deliveries run without disruption. You’ll work closely with suppliers, Sales, Project teams, Finance and warehouse operations. In addition, you’ll coordinate and work closely with a small team of assembly support team in the warehouse.

This is a temporary parental leave substitute position, expected to last approximately 9 months. The start date will be in November or December, to be agreed with the selected candidate. You’ll be working primarily from our Logistic Center in Jorvas, Kirkkonummi, with occasional visits to our Helsinki office in Ruoholahti. In addition to coordinating supply chain and logistics activities, you’ll occasionally support warehouse and hardware operations, including handling and moving hardware equipment and shipment packages when needed.

What you will be doing

• Manage hardware purchasing and supplier orders

• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers through to customers

• Monitor delivery schedules, lead times and inventory levels

• Work closely with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to keep deliveries on track

• Support warehouse and hardware delivery operations

• Coordinate shipment tracking and delivery documentation

• Coordinate country-specific shipping and customs requirements for international deliveries

• Support Sales and Project teams with hardware ordering and delivery matters

• Maintain hardware-related information in our systems and support operational reporting

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or similar operational role

• Ability to manage supplier relationships, deliveries and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is considered an advantage)

• Understanding of VAT, customs, and international trade regulations

• Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams

• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving operational challenges

• Fluent English communication skills; Finnish is considered an advantage

• Experience in hardware, industrial products, technical equipment, or related environments is considered an advantage.
