Job Summary

Job Title International Talent Acquisition and HR Project Specialist (Apprenticeship)

Role Overview

Within the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, this role actively contributes to the implementation of international recruitment processes across multiple regions and business lines.

The role combines the operational management of recruitment activities, the conduct of pre-screening interviews, strong interaction with candidates and stakeholders, as well as participation in projects and data analysis, in a dynamic international environment.

Main Responsibilities

International Recruitment

· Manage and coordinate recruitment processes across various EMEA scopes

· Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and overall fit

· Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process and deliver a high-quality candidate experience

· Maintain reliable and up-to-date data in recruitment tools (ATS/CRM)

· Interact regularly with international candidates in a multicultural environment

· Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine target profiles

Projects & Process Improvement

· Participate in projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and their efficiency

Data Analysis & Reporting

· Track key recruitment metrics (hiring progress, pipeline monitoring, conversion)

· Contribute to reporting and analysis to support better decision-making

· Provide analytical insights on talent market trends

Talent Strategy & Employer Branding

· Participate in employer branding initiatives

· Contribute to talent attraction and market positioning activities

· Provide support on recruitment strategy topics

Job Requirements

Education

  • Currently enrolled in, or eligible to participate in, an Apprenticeship programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and international business environment

Experience

  • Previous internship, placement, project work, part-time employment, student organisation involvement, or volunteer experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, administration, data analysis, or project coordination is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct structured conversations and assess information objectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data, reporting, and identifying trends.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and work with recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and HR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Passsion and practical experience with new technologies, including AI, Automations, and ML tools a plus

Language Requirements

  • Full business fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is essential for the success of this role
  • Additional European language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese) are advantageous but not required.

Education

As this role is an apprenticeship position, the successful applicant must be currently undergoing an eligible apprentice/further education that aligns with this need.
