Description du poste

At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.

Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams.

We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption.

Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients.

We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we’re just getting started.

The future of healthcare isn’t just digital — it’s automated. Come help us build it !

Context

Our coding agent is live in 70 hospitals across France. In March, we raised $20M from Index Ventures to push it further and build what comes next: billing, admissions, patient records.

The next six months are going to move fast. We'll double to +60 people, open Germany, and triple the size of our Revenue team. Today, too much of how we run the company still depends on manual work and tools that don't talk to each other.

Nobody owns this problem yet, it will be yours.

Your mission

Make sure Parallel can double without drowning in manual work.

Attio, our CRM, will be your main tool, and you'll run it end to end. You'll also sit with each team, see what they still do by hand, and automate it yourself. On top of that, you'll work on Sales, Marketing and Finance Ops topics, like billing, cash tracking and commissions.

You'll report to Clem, our Ops Lead, and work every day with the founders and the go-to-market teams. You build things, you don't write decks about them. There's no team to manage at first, but the function is yours to shape, and we assume it will grow.

What you'll do

Own Attio, end to end

  • Administer and configure Attio: data model, pipelines, fields, views, access rights and workflows
  • Enrich our CRM with data valuable for Sales, Ops and Finance teams, so that it can be the source of truth while scaling
  • Connect Attio to the rest of our stack so processes run without manual steps
  • Support users and turn their pain points into better configurations

Automate our internal work, with AI where it makes sense

  • Map repetitive tasks across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance, and prioritize them by impact and effort
  • Build automations, integrations and AI use cases yourself, with no-code or low-code tools, and APIs when needed
  • Pick a simple rule or AI depending on the need, test on real cases, and keep a human in the loop when it matters
  • Protect sensitive data, control access, and measure time saved, errors and costs

Make Sales and Ops steering reliable

  • Help define the priority metrics and agree on shared definitions
  • Run the analyses, SQL queries and dashboards yourself
  • Automate data collection and updates to kill manual reporting

Build processes that hold as we double

  • Document the rules, owners, limits of AI use and what to do when something breaks
  • Structure the handoffs between teams, train users and check real adoption in the field

Outcomes

You ship from week one: automations are expected in your first month, not in six.

Month 1: diagnose and ship a first win

  • You run Attio autonomously, have audited its configuration and data, and shipped the first improvements teams feel
  • A prioritized list of automation and AI opportunities, and a 90-day plan validated with Clem
  • Your first automation is live, tested with its users, with a baseline measured to track the gain

Month 2: deploy and measure

  • Several automations are used by the teams, with time saved and output quality tracked on real cases
  • Priority metrics are live and tested with the teams

Month 3: stabilize and drive adoption

  • Several automations run in production, used regularly, with error monitoring and a clear maintenance owner
  • Attio and our data are reliable enough for the priority processes, and shared metrics are used to make decisions
  • Users are trained, and your 6-month extension plan is validated with Clem

Month 6: scale what works

  • The solutions that work are extended, documented and monitored
  • The key handoffs between teams are structured and adopted, keeping pace as we grow to around 60 people and open Germany

You are

The non-negotiable

  • You have run a CRM yourself, not just used it. You have administered, configured and optimized one personally: data model, pipelines, permissions, workflows, integrations. Attio experience is a plus; if you come from another CRM, you can show you will master Attio fast. Strong automation or AI skills won't make up for this one

Also essential

  • 3-5 years of RevOps, SalesOps or BizOps experience in a B2B startup, with business automations you built and shipped yourself
  • Real use of AI applied to internal work, and the judgment to know when a simple rule does the job better
  • At ease with data: you write SQL, run your own analyses and build dashboards; you ship a working v1 fast, then improve it
  • Autonomous and pragmatic: you don't wait for a detailed spec, you go after the high-impact problems and deliver simple, usable solutions
  • Rigorous: you check your work, set up controls and document so processes are reproducible
  • You explain technical topics simply to business teams, and get them to agree on rules and actually adopt them

Nice to have

  • A solid understanding of how a SaaS business works, from sales cycle to operations to billing

And you share our values

  • Play to Win: you set ambitious, measurable goals and own the result
  • High Trust, High Standards: you keep your commitments, raise risks early and hold a high quality bar
  • Low Ego, Hands-On: you take feedback, change course when facts say so, and do the unglamorous work yourself
  • Win as One Team: you put the collective goal ahead of your own scope
  • Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously: you own your mistakes and keep perspective when things get tense

Hiring process

  1. First call with Wallerand: our values, your background, and a first look at your CRM and automation experience
  2. Interview with Clem, Ops Lead: your future manager, deep dive into how you build and run a CRM and your automations
  3. Case study at our Paris office with Paul (CEO) and Clem: you structure and configure a CRM, then automate a process, from framing to a working prototype
  4. Founder interview with Paul
  5. Reference checks, with your consent
  6. Offer

Why should you join us?

  • AI with real-world impact. Our agents free hospital teams from paperwork, in a system where 70% of French hospitals are in deficit
  • A function to build from scratch. You are our first RevOps: the stack, the processes and how we use AI internally are yours to design
  • The right moment. A $20M Series A closed in March 2026, the team doubling to around 60 people, Germany opening, and everything still to build
  • An AI-native company that practices what it sells. We automate hospitals; you get to automate Parallel
  • Top-tier backers and founders. Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Hexa, the CEO of Mistral AI; founders from Meta, McKinsey and Hublo
  • Direct line to the founders. You work daily with Paul and the founding team, and your work shapes how the company scales
  • Room to grow. The role starts hands-on, with the prospect of building a team as the function grows
  • Competitive package. A competitive salary and equity (BSPCE), so you share in what you help build

We care about who you are, not just what's on your CV.

If you're drawn to what we're building but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Studies show that women in particular tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria. If that's you, please don't let that hold you back. We'd love to receive your application.
