You will support the annual performance-review and global People Review campaign, including HRIS coordination, materials updates, progress tracking, data analysis, and feedback. You will also monitor gender-equality initiatives and KPIs, organize partner events, create communications, and support manager-development projects and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual performance-review and global People Review campaign
  • Coordinate campaign preparation with the HRIS
  • Update training materials for HR, managers, and employees
  • Track progress and support the HR network
  • Analyse data and gather feedback
  • Monitor implementation of gender-equality initiatives and monthly KPIs
  • Organize events with partners
  • Support manager-development projects, intranet content, newsletters, and materials

Requirements

  • Be pursuing a Master's-level degree with a Human Resources specialization
  • Master Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have operational English proficiency
