Summary
This role mainly focuses on leading the governance and implementation of AI frameworks, ensuring the responsible deployment of Agentic AI and adherence to safety standards.
Main
Responsibilities
- Support project management for Agentic AI Governance and AI Safety Ops initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize the “Responsible AI By Design” framework.
- Drive the adoption of Responsible AI capabilities through maturity assessments.
- Propose a catalog of reusable AI assets/modules for effective implementation.
- Coordinate the Group AI Governance Forum on governance topics.
- Manage project deliverables such as policy-as-code exploration and agent inventory.
- Provide operating guidance and adoption materials.
Key
Requirements
- 1-2 years of expertise in AI Governance.
- Experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to align stakeholders from various disciplines (Data, AI, IT, etc.).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with insurance or regulated data environments.
- Background in ML/AI development.
- Experience in delivery of Agentic/Generative AI projects.
