Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

France: €100000 - €102000 (EUR) + 150% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers, bring to Google your mature C-level relationships to help Google grow into new organizations.
• Negotiate and manage end-to-end complex business-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate customers.
• Lead account strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities, work collaboratively with customer engineers, and Google partners.
• Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
• Support customer AI transformation.

Minimum

qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
• Ability to communicate in French and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in these languages with local stakeholders.

Preferred

qualifications

• Experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
• Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
• Experience in managing global system integrators and software vendors through complex implementations, while strategically promoting infrastructure, database, and analytic software stacks.
• Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
• Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
