We're looking for a Brand Communications Executive to join our passionate team. you will be responsible for the own brand strategy for our 2027 Christmas range, you will ensure the brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers. Brand communication is also responsible for capturing and delivering against the requirements of banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama etc..)

What's the job?

  • Develop and execute content and communication plans for range reviews, using category strategy, customer insights, competitor analysis and sales data.
  • Create compelling brand messaging that aligns customer needs with the value proposition of the range.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative and Content teams to develop engaging content, imagery, video and campaign assets.
  • Write content briefs and product USPs, ensuring content reflects customer shopping behaviours and local market requirements.
  • Manage content delivery and approvals, including vendor assets, to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Drive range activation through digital, marketing and PR channels, ensuring communications support commercial objectives and key performance indicators.

What you'll bring

  • Experience working in a product brand communication role
  • Proven capabilities in creating and delivering communication plans
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive briefs
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative perspective to bring ideas to product positioning and brand content
  • Ability to thrive on working in a matrixed, always-on, environment across multiple time zones and teams
  • Global experience preferred
