• Bonus, non-essential experience: Microsoft 365, WordPress or WooCommerce, networking basics, e-commerce systems, hardware setup and troubleshooting, or Excel and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT and digital operations across our business
• Assist with setting up and maintaining computers, devices, printers and networks
• Support our e-commerce and digital ordering systems
• Help maintain business software and cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot technical issues for staff and resolve first-line support requests
• Assist with implementing new digital systems and technologies
• Support warehouse and operational technology, including barcode and label systems
• Help improve business processes through technology and automation
• Maintain system documentation and user guides
• Support cybersecurity and data management best practices

We are Tamar Fresh Ltd, a food manufacturing and wholesale business in the South West. Alongside our wholesale operations, we run e-commerce and digital ordering systems for B2B and B2C customers. This is a hands-on apprentice role in a fast-paced environment, spanning IT support, e-commerce, digital operations and business systems. The apprenticeship follows the Level 3 Digital Support Technician standard and includes a recognised qualification, mentoring, practical training, and opportunities for long-term progression with us. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, with expected hours of 38–40 per week.
