eFX Account Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced eFX Account Manager to join Fluent Trade Technologies. In this role, you will lead and grow our relationships with key financial clients. You will use your market knowledge and data tools to help clients get the most out of our trading platform, find new growth opportunities, and make sure our clients are happy with our services.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead relationship and account management efforts for allocated client accounts
- Add value to clients by identifying, implementing, and utilizing BIS / BA tools
- Create and manage account growth plans
- Increase platform usage and resulting revenue organically by assisting cross-sales and up-sales (feeds, components, professional services)
- Opportunity to identify and sell to new prospective clients working with the new business sales team
- Quantitative gap analysis across all client accounts
- Be a key point of client communication and issue escalation (not front-line technical support)
- Focus on exceeding client satisfaction levels and tracking account health
- Track and manage all commercial aspects of existing clients (including renewals, new products/items, etc)
- Support prospect pitches, RFPs and pricing proposals where required
- Participate in the consistent evolution of all client and new business acquisition collateral and documentation
- Potential to grow a team
Requirements
- Extensive and in-depth experience and knowledge of eFX and eTrading technology landscape and usage
- Market-facing credibility and trustworthiness
- Ability to create trust and work in true partnership with internal teams and each client account
- Highly driven, and organized with strong time management skills
- Proactive and positive person
- Drive to become a product and platform expert
- Ability to identify required resources to manage and grow business effectively
