Job description

We are looking for an organised, experienced and detail-focused Fund Treasury Analyst to join our team.

This is a hands-on treasury administration and operational support role, working closely with the wider Fund Treasury and Fund Management teams. You’ll play an important role in keeping the day-to-day treasury activities running smoothly, supporting our analysts with accurate information, maintaining key trackers and systems, and ensuring payments and other treasury processes are completed accurately and on time.

While the role is primarily focused on administrative and operational support, it’s not a purely administrative position. We’re looking for someone with relevant experience who is driven, motivated and confident taking ownership of their work, able to spot issues, follow things through and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You’ll have exposure to a broad range of treasury and fund management activities across multiple funds, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a fund investment environment.
  • Supporting the team across multiple funds.
  • Processing payments, beneficiary requests and related documentation.
  • Maintaining cash, payment and investment trackers.
  • Completing daily bank reconciliations and supporting cash flow forecasting.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties, banks, custodians, fund accountants and internal teams.
  • Supporting liquidity reporting and revolving credit facilities.
  • Maintaining FX records, treasury systems and documentation.
  • Managing treasury mailboxes and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Providing wider administrative and operational support to the Fund Treasury team.
  • Experience in finance, treasury, fund administration or Banking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the drive to take ownership and get things done.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial (treasury) systems.

The key thing we're looking for is someone who is organised and accurate, but also has the drive and motivation to take ownership of their work and become a valued support to the wider Fund Treasury team.

This is a hybrid working role, working 1-2 days per week onsite in Manchester City Centre.
