Job Title: Head of Performance, EMEA

Contract: permanent

About the role

The Head of Performance leads financial planning, forecasting and performance management across the EMEA region, providing financial insight and strategic decision support to Regional Finance and business leadership. The role supports the delivery of financial commitments by driving consistent planning, performance management and resource allocation across markets.

Partnering closely with Regional Leadership, Market Finance teams and Group FP&A, the role provides financial challenge and insight to support decision making, identifies key risks and opportunities, and drives continuous improvement in planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the region. The role also leads the regional FP&A team, developing capability, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team delivers high-quality insight and business support.

Accountabilities

• Lead EMEA FP&A planning and performance management

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

• Provide financial insights to regional leadership

• Drive performance improvement initiatives

• Lead and develop the regional FP&A team

Experience/skills required

• Strategic financial leadership

• Executive stakeholder communication

• Commercial acumen

• Financial planning & forecasting

• People leadership & coaching

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent where appropriate). Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
