International Healthcare Demand and Field Marketing Manager

Location: United Kingdom Work Arrangement: Remote with travel as the role dictates

About the Role

The International Healthcare Demand and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth within the healthcare sector across international markets. This role focuses on building comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing audience-specific thought-leadership initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with key stakeholders across sales and marketing.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation and management of the overall marketing plan and strategy for the international healthcare GTM segment, setting key goals, objectives, and KPIs to measure success while integrating insights from key stakeholders and the GTM strategy team.
  • Establish and evangelize audience-specific and industry-specific thought-leadership strategies, connecting into the broader brand and horizontal thought-leadership framework.
  • Identify and execute flagship strategic industry events to drive awareness and generate demand, partnering with field marketing on pre- and post-event sales outreach orchestration.
  • Own the creation of comprehensive campaign briefs in partnership with the portfolio marketing team, defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative requirements to guide strategy and execution.
  • Own the health of the demand funnel, ensuring lead generation KPIs are met, optimizing strategies as needed, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and sales with regular analysis on marketing pipeline contribution.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while contributing to overall department growth through knowledge sharing, best practice coaching, and innovative thinking on market trends.

Role Essentials

  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing programs or equivalent role with demonstrated sales interaction and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans, budgets, and strategies with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen with the ability to influence without ownership, build trust, and drive consensus across cross-functional and international teams.

What We'd Like to See

  • Experience in healthcare or industry-specific marketing with a deep understanding of sector-specific buyer journeys and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in international or global marketing, including regional campaign execution and working with international regional marketers.
  • Familiarity with demand generation platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience partnering with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners to amplify reach and impact of global programs.
  • A creative thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table and has a strong ability to guide and develop other marketing team members.
