IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or a similar internal technology role
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and everyday business technology
• Experience with Azure/Entra, hardware support, networks, user administration, ITSM systems, or external IT providers would be useful
• Naturally curious and enjoys solving problems
• Enthusiastic and genuinely keen to learn
• Willing to take responsibility rather than simply pass problems on
• Organised and able to follow tasks through
• Able to explain technical information clearly to people without technical expertise
• Approachable, down-to-earth, and comfortable dealing with people across a business
• Must have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day IT running smoothly across the business
• Resolve hardware and laptop issues, and support Microsoft 365/Azure, user access, licences, Wi-Fi, networks, and other technology problems
• Take ownership of issues through to resolution, coordinating external IT partners where needed
• Keep colleagues updated and ensure issues are followed through
• Identify opportunities to improve how technology is used and address recurring problems
• Plan improvements and help coordinate projects through to completion
