This role requires coverage between various branches in the surrounding areas. A full driver's license and mode of transport are essential.
Position: Mobile Branch Manager
Location: Hinckley covering Coventry Leicestershire Northamptonshire and other locations travel expenses are paid.
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Pay: Starting at £27,040 per annum, increasing to £27560 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.
Job Description:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to oversee operations in various branches, providing To provide a relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a colleague’s absence. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customers and promote a positive working environment for the colleagues, with correct training and assessment.
As a mobile Manager you will be required to operate flexibly across a broad range of activities in support of the Company’s continuing need to adapt to change and to provide a first class service to its customers. You will be required to work closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to ensure effective running of the area.
As part of your job role, you will be expected to complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day.
