Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per year. Sleep ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Meadowstile Farm is a beautiful three bedded home offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs as well as engaging in their favourite hobbies and interests that include days out visiting attractions such as theme parks, bowling and trampoline parks.

We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised educational plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

  • A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
