Job description

Procurement Analyst required in central London 3 days a week and 2 days from home - 6 months + with the potential for the role to go much longer (dependent on projects).

This is outside of IR35 on an offshore wind project.

Role:

  • Manage sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management activities for the following categories:
    • Constructions Service including marshalling and construction port requirements
    • Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
    • Consenting
    • Other ad-hoc project requirements
  • Work with key stakeholders for identified categories to understand upcoming demand in 2027
  • Provide support to main package teams as required
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policy and process, including Purchase-to-Pay requirements
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills; thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities.
  • Sourcing and contract management experience preferably in offshore energy industry (and ideally in offshore wind)
  • Experience in Procurement Process, Systems and Governance
  • Experience in Reporting and Performance Management activities
  • Flexible and adaptable in the face of change and unforeseen circumstances.
  • High level of discretion, empathy, and confidentiality.
  • A team player with the ambition to contribute to a high-performing, growing international company.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in communication and event planning is a plus.
