Overview
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the General manager / Commercial Director to achieve
project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Job Responsibilities
The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
To be the central contact points for coordinating all product development projects amongst
the different department within the company. This will involve working with the technical
department, regulatory, sales and logistics.
Work closely with supplier / manufacturer partners to progress on the different initiatives
(organizing for samples, getting all data for product setups and technical support).
Work with some of our key customers to get feedback on products and report those
feedback to management.
Organize regular project meetings to update GM & Sales director the product development
projects
Established a new product development template that can be used for all new projects going
forward
Assist with planning and overseeing our rolling 3 years New product road Map
Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Develop relationships with the suppliers / manufacturers field and internal teams
Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, creating presentations and
following up on tasks
Maintain a high level of integrity
Project manage special projects and performs other duties as required.
