Project Manager (Software & Infrastructure Projects)

Salary: £35,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering software and/or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Hold a PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Demonstrable risk and issue management experience.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience of infrastructure refresh, cloud migration, cyber security, or obsolescence remediation projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Track project performance and provide governance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with organisational governance, security, and change management processes.

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to support the delivery of software, infrastructure, and technology remediation projects within our Digital Backbone Portfolio. The role is based in Luton on a 6-month contract, with pay up to £67.50 per hour inside IR35 (DOE). We are a specialist talent acquisition and management consultancy providing technical contingency recruitment and more complex resource solutions across the technical arena.
