Skills mentioned

In 2016, Lonnie McBride, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of professional services experience, recognized a critical gap in the consulting landscape. Federal, state, and commercial organizations needed a partner who truly understood both the strategic complexities of modern operations and the practical realities of implementation. Drawing from his extensive experience at MorganFranklin Consulting and his military background, Lonnie founded McBride Consulting with a clear vision: to deliver cross-industry solutions that bridge the gap between transformation, operations, and technology. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), McBride has grown from that initial insight into a trusted partner for organizations across sectors. The company's mission evolved from simple consulting to comprehensive support for clients navigating complex operational challenges. Today, McBride provides management and IT consulting that helps Federal, state, local, commercial, and multi-lateral organizations thrive by combining military precision with commercial innovation, creating opportunities for both clients and employees while maintaining the commitment to service that inspired its founding.
