Job description

You will own the CRM platform and revenue-operations infrastructure across the revenue lifecycle. You will establish data-governance and pipeline-hygiene standards, improve quote-to-cash processes, integrate supporting systems, and develop forecasting models, dashboards, and self-service reporting. You will train commercial users on CRM processes and provide Finance and FP&A with revenue-reporting inputs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HubSpot as the system of record across the revenue lifecycle
  • Define and enforce CRM data-governance standards, pipeline stages, and deal-hygiene rules
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage supporting revenue-operations tools
  • Design and continuously improve the quote-to-cash process
  • Own pipeline-hygiene standards and drive their adoption
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the revenue cycle
  • Collaborate with Contracts and Commercial Finance to operate deal desks
  • Build and maintain forecasting methodologies and pipeline-coverage models
  • Build dashboards and reports on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends
  • Provide self-service reporting
  • Integrate CRM with billing and finance systems
  • Train commercial users and drive CRM and process adoption
  • Provide monthly and quarterly revenue-reporting inputs to Finance and FP&A

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or complex enterprise sales environments
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodology, pipeline management, and revenue analytics
  • Fluency with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of usage-based or consumption billing models
  • Process-design and adoption-driving experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
