How you'll play your part
We’re looking for someone agile and a team player, who understands the importance of sales planning, market dynamics and data-driven decision making. With highly developed analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the confidence to influence stakeholders through meaningful insight, you'll be ready to make a real impact.
In this role you will play an exciting and important part, supporting the short, medium and long term Group Sales and Retails volume planning process for a range of models, ensuring CO2, financial and volume targets are achieved. You will work with stakeholders across the business, to make sure volume plans for all sales channels accurately reflect business priorities, production requirements and optimum stock position.
- Support monthly production allocation planning, balancing supply and demand to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Shape the monthly Sales Programme and MFP, aligning retail ambitions, stock levels and production volumes across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Insight and Vehicle Ordering to drive informed planning decisions and optimise profitability.
- Lead regular planning reviews, adapting retail and production strategies in line with market trends and business priorities.
- Analyse and manage engine mix requirements, supporting an efficient and effective vehicle ordering process.

- Experience in planning, forecasting, or using data to drive informed business decisions would be advantageous.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a passion for turning numbers into decisions.
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the confidence to build complex models and create compelling, data-driven presentations.
- Experience using Power BI to analyse and visualise data is advantageous.
