At UKG, our purpose is people. We are a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions. Our mission is to inspire every organization to become a great place to work through our award-winning technology that’s built for all. We were formed in 2020 from the merger of two industry leaders, Ultimate Software and Kronos Incorporated, creating one of the largest cloud companies in the world. This combination brought together decades of experience and a shared commitment to putting people at the center of everything we do. Today, we partner with more than 80,000 organizations of all sizes and across all industries in more than 150 countries, helping them drive better business outcomes, improve HR effectiveness, and create a more connected and meaningful work experience for their employees. We believe that when people feel valued, they are empowered to do their best work. That's why our solutions, like UKG Pro and UKG Ready, are designed to streamline and automate administrative tasks, giving teams more time to focus on what truly matters: their people. From talent acquisition and payroll to time and attendance and scheduling, our comprehensive suite of tools provides the insights and flexibility businesses need to thrive. Our own award-winning workplace culture is a testament to our beliefs. We foster an environment of collaboration, inclusion, and trust, where our own 'U Krewers' are inspired to innovate and build lifelong, meaningful relationships with our customers. We are committed to being a partner for life, delivering exceptional value and confidence to help our customers create workplaces where everyone belongs and can succeed.
