Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

• Experience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations
• Strong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance and best practices
• Experience with API integrations

• Proven experience with complex technology solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop (desirable)
• Experience with test automation (desirable)
• Experience with wider Azure technologies (desirable)
• Relevant Power Platform and Dynamics 365 qualifications (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management skills (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate as technical lead and subject matter expert
• Advocate best practices for development standards, governance and security
• Support business teams in identifying process improvement opportunities through automation and digital transformation
• Lead solution design reviews, code reviews and technical assurance activities
• Ensure effective application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
