We're the UK's largest online pharmacy, and we've been on this journey for over two decades, always striving to make healthcare simpler and more accessible for everyone. Our story began in 1999 with a pioneering spirit, and just two years later, we were entrusted by the NHS to pilot the electronic transfer of prescriptions. This was a revolutionary step, and it set the foundation for everything we've become today. We are driven by a mission to be a world-leading, patient-focused provider of digital healthcare. It's our innovation, passion, and expertise that push us forward to deliver the best possible services to the millions of people who rely on us. We exist to empower our patients and customers, helping them manage their healthcare with a sense of confidence, choice, and ultimate convenience. We believe that managing your health should be straightforward, and we've built our services around this core principle. Our team is the heart of our operation. We're a dedicated and diverse group of over 1,000 talented individuals, from expert pharmacists and dispensing specialists to our compassionate customer care advisors and innovative tech teams. Every member of our team is committed to putting the patient at the heart of everything we do. This commitment is reflected in the fact that we are a 'Great Place to Work' certified company, a recognition we hold with immense pride as it underscores our focus on our colleagues' experience. Beyond managing NHS repeat prescriptions, we offer a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem. This includes a one-stop online shop with thousands of health and wellness products, confidential online GP consultations for a variety of conditions, and enhanced pharmacy services like the NHS New Medicine Service. We are constantly looking for talented individuals to join us and help shape the future of online healthcare in the UK, creating a healthier tomorrow for everyone.
