Solution Architect

6-Month Contract | Glasgow (Hybrid) | Inside IR35

Leading Technology Company

We are currently supporting a leading technology company in the search for an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-profile infrastructure and security transformation programme.

This role is suited to an experienced architect with a strong background in designing and selling complex infrastructure, data centre and network security solutions within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end infrastructure, data centre and network security solutions.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Produce high-quality solution designs, architecture documentation and technical recommendations.
  • Support pre-sales and solution development activities.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, resilient and aligned to industry best practice.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing and shaping complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Fortinet
    • Operational Technology (OT)
    • Server Infrastructure
    • Microsoft Hyper-V
    • Juniper Technologies
    • Forescout
    • Cyber Resilience
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within highly regulated or critical national infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security and network architecture.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
