Role Description
Under the direction of the Head of Sustainability, EMEA and a dotted line to the Head of Sustainability for UK & Ireland, the Sustainability Data, Reporting & Compliance Project Manager will facilitate the ongoing development and implementation of a sustainability disclosure program for Live Nation EMEA and UK & Ireland, laying the foundation for other required and voluntary ESG (environmental, social, and governance) disclosures currently and in coming years (e.g. CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, etc.).
This role will lead annual environmental data collection for the disclosure of internal and external LNE's ESG reports. You will work with and coordinate a diverse group of stakeholders across North America, UK, and European markets. You will have experience in corporate and/or event sustainability reporting and are familiar with ESG disclosures, including but not limited to CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, SECR, ESOS, EPR, etc. You are comfortable working with and validating quantitative and qualitative data and bring an acute sense of judgement and tact when navigating competing agendas and priorities.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of ESG reporting including CSRD, TCFD, SECR, ESOS, EPR, etc.
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data, proven experience in data validation.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, Tableau, AI-driven database management systems, and analysis via various platforms and software.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across international markets.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in another European language is desirable.
- Knowledge of energy markets and procurement methodologies is desirable.

What the role includes
Program Delivery
- Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to finance, compliance, legal, HR, regional and global sustainability teams to implement a robust ESG Data Collection & Reporting program.
- Oversee internal data collection outreach and ensure environmental data consistency across the business.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and data quality, and develop solutions that are replicable, scalable, and aligned with reporting requirements.
- Ensuring data readiness reviews, auditable processes, and controls for environmental data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Establish a reusable reporting infrastructure and/or integrate with existing systems for data collection and management and evaluate opportunities for improvements to streamline efforts.
- Maximise internal engagement, educate, and guide business data owners.
- Prepare reports on market sustainability progress, and biannual/ annual reports as required to meet the needs of different stakeholders within the business.
- Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines in partnership with the global Compliance team and market Heads of Sustainability.
- Research and project management of sustainable projects as required.
- Manage energy procurement activities for the UK market.
