Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience testing MS Dynamics 365 F&O and CE
• Experience testing integrated ERP and CRM solutions in large-scale ERP transformation programmes
• Experience using Azure DevOps for test and defect management
• Experience validating data migration activities and reconciliation processes
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, system integrations, and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to work independently, quickly understand business processes, and execute testing activities with minimal supervision
• Experience with an A365 layer of MS Dynamics is an advantage
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on testing expertise across MS Dynamics 365, including integrations and third-party applications
• Support our internal UAT and Key User team
• Support all phases of the test lifecycle, including test preparation, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT
• Test modules and functions including F&O, CE/CRM, Sales, Field Service, and Service Centre
• Support a rolling sequence of regional implementations across GB, BENELUX, and the USA

We are a multinational organisation delivering a global ERP programme and are seeking a contract Test Analyst reporting to the Global Test Lead. This is a hybrid role that is mainly remote, with attendance at programme workshops and testing events at our head office near Cambridge and other UK locations as required; expenses will be covered. Occasional travel to BENELUX sites may be required. The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of extension.
