We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Workable's vision and strategy.
As a Senior Product Manager you will:
- Understand user needs and gather feature requests to incorporate them into product roadmap
- Describe the user experience and product features
- Collect and analyse data to validate goal
- Collaborate with the development team
- Track the project progress
- Test and accept delivered product features according to user stories
- Coordinate the product release launch
- Translate user feedback and research results into recommendations to executive management
- Work with key external partnerships to augment the value of the product
Requirements
- What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
- A track record of managing products through the full lifecycle.
- A solid technical foundation, with an understanding of software development and web technologies, and the ability to work effectively with software development teams.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience sharing recommendations with executive leadership.
- A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Nice to have
- An MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in HR tech.
- Experience conducting direct customer discovery.
- Experience managing external partners.
