We’re looking for a Prepaid Sales Coordinator to join our Prepaid Sales team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining business sales relationships with existing customers. You’ll oversee the sales and inspection of outgoing orders, delivery of products, financial transactions, off-site events, and communication across all levels.
What You’ll Do
- Sell and deliver prepaid cards, SIMs, and prepaid handsets to accounts based on a regular schedule and within a specified sales route.
- Conduct store visits, place prepaid product orders, file invoices, and process related documentation.
- Manage Prepaid reseller accounts and maintain business sales relationships on a regular basis.
- Monitor reseller inventory to ensure customers are adequately stocked.
- Monitor emails and appropriate text chats and respond promptly to prepaid inquiries, order placements, and issues.
- Provide market research feedback from customers and report competitors’ activities.
- Ensure resellers and prepaid channels are updated with DOCOMO PACIFIC’s marketing collateral and branding island wide.
- Process and file documents related to reseller accounts, including proper handling of account documents and invoices.
- Operate a computerized point-of-sale (POS) system via laptop or tablet while out in the field.
- Use the MIND billing system, including accurate entry of sales information such as new account creation, order submission, and provisioning of SIMs and prepaid cards.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card payment transactions, as well as the daily submission of payments for products and services.
- Submit refunds, exchanges, and credits on time.
- Work closely with other Prepaid Coordinators, and the Senior Channel Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities to achieve daily operational success and daily/monthly sales goals.
- Assist with special projects as needed, attend departmental meetings, and participate in training.
- Sell at promotional events and/or select locations as needed.
- Attend departmental and organizational meetings.
- Complete required training, including 30 training hours per calendar year.
- Work off-site on company-sponsored promotional activities when needed or as part of a rotation.
- Work during business hours, after hours, or on weekends as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Training in the MIND billing system and a comprehensive understanding and knowledge thereof.
- PC proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and track pending issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, emails, and letters.
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively in public and before groups of employees of the organization.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Approximately 85% of the position’s duties are performed in the field, daily, at various hours and in various weather conditions. The position may require work during business hours, after hours, or on weekends, including participation in company-sponsored promotional activities as needed or as part of a rotation.
