Regional Commercial Manager, APAC

Drive Commercial Growth Through Insight, Agility, and Execution

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Commercial Manager, APAC to support commercial growth initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can confidently make decisions with limited direction.

This position is not responsible for day-to-day customer account management. Rather, the role focuses on commercial strategy, business analytics, forecasting, and regional performance optimization across APAC.

Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Operations, you will help drive regional business performance through data-driven insights, commercial planning, forecasting, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance, pipeline trends, forecasts, and market opportunities to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations that influence regional business decisions and commercial priorities.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting for APAC leadership.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness and business results.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline visibility, opportunity management, and strategic account initiatives.
• Gather and interpret market, customer, and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive projects to completion while balancing shifting priorities, competing deadlines, and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong preference for fluency in Mandarin.
