Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Senior Marketing Manager in the coordination and execution of marketing activities for Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala. The role includes supporting marketing campaigns, offers and packages, marketing communications, reporting and budget administration, while ensuring alignment with the resort’s commercial objectives and brand standards.

The position requires a proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach, with close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and the Senior Marketing Manager.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the implementation of the annual marketing plan, campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate digital, CRM, social media, PR and promotional campaigns with internal departments and external partners.
• Support the development and implementation of seasonal offers, promotions and accommodation packages across relevant channels.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and campaign performance analyses and maintain relevant marketing documentation.
• Coordinate marketing invoices, purchase orders and expenditure tracking, and support budget planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials in line with brand standards and visual identity.
• Liaise with agencies, designers, suppliers, media partners and other external partners.
• Support the organization of events, photo shoots, PR activities and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, campaign files and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, F&B, SPA and Operations teams.
• Provide regular updates on assigned projects and ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Support additional marketing and commercial projects as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing or communications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good organizational, communication and coordination skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
