Automotive Parts Support Specialist (German-speaking)

In your role as an Automotive Parts Support Specialist for an international premium automobile manufacturer:
- You will provide expert assistance in the diagnosis of complex issues related to parts and support the dealer network with quick solution finding of technical product issues
- You will work closely with the technicians of the respective workshops and dealerships and support them with parts advice via specified communication channels
- With your practical workshop experience, you will not only support the dealerships with parts related support for the entire product range, but also act as an interface between the manufacturer and the dealers
