Knowledge Manager (German Speaker)

What You Will Do:

• Lead and drive Knowledge Management initiatives across the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Management processes and best practices.
• Create, review, publish, and maintain knowledge assets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Manage the full knowledge lifecycle, including categorization, version control, reviews, and archiving.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and approve knowledge content.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to improve information availability and operational efficiency.
• Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and drive adoption of Knowledge Management tools and resources.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer sessions, and awareness initiatives to support team development.
• Monitor Knowledge Management effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics.

What You Will Bring:

• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Experience in Knowledge Management, IT Service Management, Service Desk, or IT Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of Knowledge Management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Experience working with ITSM tools and Knowledge Base platforms.
• Good technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and enterprise applications (Windows, Office, Active Directory, SAP/CRM/ERP, etc.).
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

About Your Contract:

• 40 hours/week
