- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor sales performance and territory coverage
- Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure effective execution of sales activities in the field
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to the sales team
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates

- Experience in Sales Pesticide / Agri Input
- Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader is preferred
- Strong field execution & team leadership
- Good understanding of Agri Input / Pesticide products and market
- Experienced in managing retailer & distributor relationships
- Strong territory & route management
- Excellent negotiation, selling & communication skills
- Target-oriented and able to drive team performance
- Willing to work actively in the field
