About the Role
Reporting to the Client Performance Lead, the Client Performance Executive / Campaign Delivery Lead is responsible for best-in-class campaign delivery across all Virgin Media Television platforms, while also acting as a mentor and day‑to‑day role model for Client Performance team members.
This role combines hands-on campaign ownership with a clear responsibility to support, coach, and develop colleagues, ensuring high delivery standards, consistency, and confidence across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of broadcast, sponsorship, competitions, branded content, and multi-platform campaigns across Virgin Media One, Two, Three, Four, Virgin Media Player, and social channels.
- Proactively manage agency portfolio patch, including delivery schedules, approvals, and risks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Attend campaign kick-offs, ensuring briefs are complete, timelines are realistic, and all stakeholders are aligned from the outset.
- Manage campaign schedules, materials, approvals, and delivery milestones, proactively addressing risks before they impact airtime or client outcomes.
- Act as a quality controller for campaign execution, reviewing output to ensure it meets client, commercial, and broadcasting standards.
- Monitor live campaigns and respond quickly to any delivery issues, liaising with internal teams to resolve efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate delivery reporting, including viewership data, campaign performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a dependable escalation point during busy periods, helping maintain service levels under pressure.
- Ensure accurate billing, contracting, and financial governance across portfolio accounts
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently.
- Act as a mentor and trusted point of support for Client Performance Executives, particularly on campaign delivery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide support to team where needed (briefs, delivery plans, reports) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to best practice.
- Contribute to onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they understand systems, processes, and expected delivery standards, time management, stakeholder communication, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Role-model professional behaviours, accountability, and client-first thinking at all times.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and confidently challenge where required to protect client outcomes and standards.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with BAI and Virgin Media Television regulations and guidelines.
- Champion use of AI-driven tools and ways of working to enhance productivity, insight and client outcomes
- Represent Virgin Media Television at client meetings, briefings, and industry events.
- Stay current on advertising, sponsorship, branded content trends, and media innovation.
The Person:
- 2–3 years’ experience in client services, media, advertising, or commercial partnerships.
- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, media, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering commercial campaigns.
- Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting performance data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Naturally client-focused with a relationship-first mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Commercially aware, solution-driven, and comfortable having performance-based conversations.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
