Our client is looking for a Community Operations Specialist II to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
Duration - 11 months Location - Ireland Hybrid (3 days in office)Summary
Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches like safety in the Metaverse or within the growing AI space. Those who join our team are very passionate about solving people’s issues and are strong advocates for the Meta community.
We are looking for a passionate data driven individual with project management experience in operations to join Integrations Operations to support the community and help foster a safe culture in emerging product spaces. This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations through policy improvements, protocol/operational guidance updates, and systems betterment to inform recommendations for improving the overall experience for the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly quality analysis for assigned workflows, translating precision/recall and error trends into corrective action plans with vendor partners and workflow owners
- Own multi-vendor policy calibration sessions, aligning vendors on enforcement decisions and documenting outcomes
- Improve operations by conducting RCAs and finding areas of opportunity to include providing key insights/trends such as policy violation prevalence and emerging abuse trends
- Report project status, risks, and needs to cross-functional partners on regular cadence
- Manage completion/progress of project timelines
- Help build integrity and support operations from the ground up for new product launches, moving between both areas as each launch needs
- Ensures product needs and priorities are met via calibration and alignment
- Analyse data leveraging data tools like dashboards, excel, SQL
- Write and maintain operational guidance and reviewer-facing protocols, translating policy updates into clear, actionable instructions for vendor review teams
- Own policy-side coverage for assigned workflows: identify policy gaps, draft guidance for grey-area and edge cases, and drive clarifications to closure with the policy team
- Develop and iterate LLM prompts for AI-assisted review, measuring precision/recall impact and driving improvements cycle over cycle
- Build and maintain golden/validation sets used to benchmark automated detection and AI-assisted review qualit
Requirements
Top Required Skills
- Prior project management and ops support experience
- Strong written communication, able to turn ambiguous policy into unambiguous reviewer instructions
- Proficient in data tools, advanced Excel skills
- Experience configuring operational workflows and running QA testing
- Escalation management experience
- Prior experience working with cross-functional partners
Top Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience with content or community moderation
- Experience with data analysis and interpreting operational metrics (SQL is a plus)
- Experience leveraging AI tools
- Experience writing or iterating on LLM prompts and evaluating model output quality
