We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join our Distribution team. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring inbound and outbound activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with business priorities. You will support, develop, and motivate your team to achieve operational targets while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

KeyResponsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, processed, stored, and dispatched within agreed service levels.
- Allocate and prioritise workload across the team to maximise efficiency and achieve operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGDP, SOPs, company policies, and all regulatory requirements.
- Produce and communicate daily operational reports, escalating issues and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with Quality and other internal stakeholders to support product release, inventory management, and operational effectiveness.
- Support audits and inspections, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain an effective Quality Management System.
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members, providing leadership, training, and support while deputising for the Distribution Manager when required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution leadership role is essential (1 year minimum).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, with the ability to lead teams to deliver high levels of performance and service.
- Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach and a track record of delivering results to deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environment is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent attention to detail; formal supervisory training and a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) are advantageous.
