Position Overview

This is a temporary position covering a broad FP&A role in a global finance team

You will support the company's planning and reporting cycle, working with budget owners across the organization, reporting to the Director of Finance. The role covers the core of FP&A- budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- alongside the day-to-day financial processes behind it. It's a good fit for someone who wants to see the full financial picture of a growing global company rather than one slice of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly reporting and forecasting cycle, the monthly results package, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Forecast vs. Budget).
• Track cash flow across the company's bank accounts and maintain the rolling cash forecast, making sure payroll, tax, and vendor payments are covered.
• Maintain and develop the company's financial models for budgeting, multi-year planning, cost forecasting, and revenue scenarios.
• Prepare materials for management and Board reporting, including Actual vs. Plan presentations and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Handle POs and budget requests together with budget owners, including corporate card and travel spend and departmental spend analysis.
• Work with the accounting team on month-end closing, and follow up on collections and customer payment status.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical finance role within the tech industry, or from an audit firm, investment, or consulting background with strong exposure to financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Comfortable taking a task from start to finish- collecting the data, analyzing it, and presenting clear conclusions.
• Highly motivated and proactive, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• B.A. in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel; solid PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite – an advantage) and finance operations platforms for expense management, AP automation, and collections- an advantage.
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment- an advantage.
• Experience with BI or AI tools- an advantage.
