Marketing Content & Operations Specialist

Qedma is looking for a highly capable, hands-on Marketing Content & Operations Specialist to lead our written and visual communications, support the CEO, and help execute company events.
The role reports to the VP Marketing and is ideal for someone who combines excellent English writing skills with strong organization, creativity, design abilities, and a practical understanding of digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Write and manage PR materials- Company announcements, articles, and other communications content.
- Social media- Create engaging LinkedIn posts and support the company’s presence in digital channels
- Own the company newsletter, including planning, writing, editing, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Support the planning and execution of company conferences and exhibitions, including logistics, communications, suppliers, materials, and on-site operations.
- Marketing performance- Monitor and analyze website, newsletter, LinkedIn and other campaigns using Google Analytics/GA4.
- Produce visuals and materials for LinkedIn posts, presentations, one-pagers, marketing collateral, and other company digital assets.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and senior leadership.
- Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines independently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Native-level English, or equivalent professional proficiency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience writing PR, marketing, corporate, or social media content.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva and presentation design.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, visual development, and productivity.
- Ability to create clear, polished, executive-level presentations.
- Experience working with Google Analytics/GA4 and basic marketing performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality.
