תיאור התפקיד

Every nation has data. Few can protect it. Fewer still can act on it.

Dream is the sovereign AI and national cyber-defense company for governments.

We help nations secure their most critical systems, connect fragmented information at a national scale, and turn their most sensitive data into decisions, all fully sovereign.

This is more than a job. It's a Dream job, where you'll work at a global scale alongside some of the best AI researchers, cyber operators, and government experts in the world.

We're building AI that nations own and control, deployed where almost no one else can operate. ingesting and structuring complex data, and driving practical actions that can literally impact the lives of billions of people around the world. This role helps make that real.

The Dream Job

Dream Sovereign AI builds ATLAS, an on-premise, air-gap-capable AI products for governments and critical-infrastructure operators. Our platform helps customers ingest, connect, investigate, and act on their own data without sending sensitive data to the cloud.

We work with institutions doing consequential, high-stakes work: enabling critical infrastructure, investigating complex threats and financial misconduct, and helping public-sector teams make better decisions from their own data. Our job is to make AI useful in those real workflows while preserving security, control, and data sovereignty.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale both our shared platform and our market-facing product work.

This role is for someone who can own a platform capability while staying close to customers, commercial conversations, and the work people are trying to get done. Success is not just shipping a feature. It is finding a high-value workflow, delivering a product that improves it, and carrying that learning into the shared platform so it can create value across future deployments.

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and product decisions for a shared platform capability, such as data ingestion, retrieval, knowledge, AI-agent workflows, evaluation, or deployment readiness.
  • Run discovery with customers and commercial stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, obstacles to adoption, and market needs.
  • Translate field insight into focused product opportunities, requirements, success measures, and clear delivery decisions.
  • Identify which customer needs should become reusable platform capabilities, and protect the product from permanent forks.
  • Build and partner with engineering and research teams on scope, sequencing, technical trade-offs, and quality requirements.
  • Help build and improve AI-enabled product workflows, including agentic flows, evaluation harnesses, quality gates, and human\agent-in-the-loop review.
  • Support product outbound work: product narratives, demos, customer-facing materials, competitive positioning, and input to proposals or commercial conversations.
  • Help establish a repeatable operating rhythm across discovery, prioritization, roadmap communication, and post-release learning.
  • Ensure product decisions uphold the needs of sovereign environments: on-premise deployment, data residency, access control, auditability, and resilience.

The Dream Skill Set

  • 7+ years of end-to-end product management experience, or equivalent scope and track record.
  • Experience with AI, data platforms, search/retrieval, knowledge graphs, analytics, or agentic systems.
  • Have practical experience building, defining, or closely partnering on agentic flows, evaluation harnesses, quality gates, or other AI-assisted product workflows.
  • Can turn ambiguity into clear choices, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Can learn a complex domain quickly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and respect security, privacy, and data sovereignty.
  • Experience in intelligence, law enforcement, defense, public safety, government technology, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with on-premise, private-cloud, or air-gapped enterprise products.

Advantages

  • Experience supporting enterprise product outbound work, such as product marketing, demos, proposals, sales enablement, or partner conversations.
  • Familiarity with government procurement, security reviews, or long enterprise sales cycles.

Never Stop Dreaming...

If you think this role doesn’t fully match your skills but are eager to grow and break glass ceilings, we’d love to hear from you!
