Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clients’ social media channels on a day-to-day basis.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain content calendars, Gantt charts, campaign timelines, and project schedules.
• Manage communication with existing clients and act as the main point of contact for social media-related matters.
• Gather client requirements, feedback, approvals, and content inputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all social media activities and campaigns are delivered according to agreed deadlines.
• Monitor engagement, account performance, and key social media metrics.
• Prepare regular updates and basic performance reports for clients.
• Follow up on pending approvals, deliverables, and client requests.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and content best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew.
• Hands-on experience managing business or client social media accounts.
• Previous experience working directly with clients/account management is highly preferred.
• Experience creating content calendars, Gantt charts, campaign plans, or project timelines.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written communication and client-facing skills.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and traffic.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in a marketing, creative, or social media agency would be a strong advantage.
