To Drive liability sales for Current Accounts across assigned area by leading and mentoring sales teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.

- Lead recruitment, training, and guidance of Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales across the area to achieve budgets and incentives.
- Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book.
- Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements.
- Drive area-level sales campaigns, customer engagement activities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
