Position: Channel Operations Specialist

Location: Palava, Dombivali

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Support the rollout of new initiatives and programs for channel partners
• Coordinate partner requests, inquiries, and support tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain communication and follow-ups with partners to foster strong relationships
• Prepare reports and track key operational metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support business objectives
• Help manage schedules and ensure timely execution of partner-related activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication

  skills

• Clear and professional English (spoken and written)
• Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Customer/partner-focused: Able to provide excellent support and maintain positive relationships
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms or partner management systems, with hands-on experience in Zen-desk or similar ticketing platforms
• Problem-solving

  skills

• Able to handle requests and issues efficiently
• Prior experience in channel operations, partner support, or related roles is preferred (2+ years)
• Self-motivated and proactive: Able to work independently and suggest improvements
