Job Title: Enterprise AI Architect Exp: 15 - 20 years Location: Hyderabad / Pune Mode: HybridWe are looking for a Enterprise AI Architect to set the direction for our AI and Generative AI solutions in BFSI. You will be the technical authority on client engagements and work with CxOs, client architects and delivery teams from the first pre-sales conversation through production rollout. This role suits someone who combines deep technical judgment with consulting skills and the credibility to win and deliver complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end AI and Generative AI architectures that are scalable, secure and production-ready for BFSI clients.
Select the right models, platforms and patterns for each use case, balancing cost, performance, privacy and regulatory needs.
Establish frameworks for evaluation, guardrails, explainability and responsible AI.
Lead architecture reviews on performance, scalability and resilience, and give clear, actionable recommendations.
Drive legacy modernisation and integrate AI into enterprise digital landscapes.
Own technical solutioning for proposals, RFPs, demos and client workshops.
Engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor on AI and digital strategy.
Guide delivery teams through design, build, MLOps and rollout.
Mentor architects and build reusable accelerators, reference architectures and playbooks.

Requirements

15-20 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in architecture or principal consulting roles and strong BFSI exposure.
Proven experience architecting and delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production.
Deep understanding of modern AI patterns: RAG, multi-modal and agent-based systems, evaluation and safety.
Strong grounding in machine learning, deep learning and MLOps.
Solid experience with cloud platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Demonstrated pre-sales success: solution pitches, RFP responses and deal wins.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across C-suite, business and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s in AI/ML preferred).
