Summary

We are

looking for an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with 7+ years of

hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development,

React/Next.js frontend development, and PostgreSQL.

The

candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to

develop robust applications, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring

scalability, performance, and code quality.

Key

Responsibilities

• Design, develop,
• and maintain scalable and reliable web applications.
• Develop robust
• backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Build responsive
• and user-friendly web interfaces using React and/or Next.js.
• Design, develop,
• optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Collaborate with
• product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to understand requirements and
• deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean,
• maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot
• application issues and identify root causes.
• Optimize
• application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in
• code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Follow Agile
• development practices and actively participate in sprint planning,
• stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to
• technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex
• problems.

Required

Skills

• 7+ years of
• strong hands-on experience in software development, with significant
• experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise
• in Python backend development.
• Good hands-on
• experience with React and/or Next.js.
• Strong knowledge
• of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.
• Good
• understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend
• services.
• Experience in
• designing and developing scalable applications.
• Strong
• understanding of software development best practices, coding standards,
• and testing.
• Experience
• working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong debugging,
• analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good
• communication and collaboration skills.
