IT Trainer

Summary

We are looking for a dedicated IT Trainer to empower

individuals from underprivileged communities by providing basic to intermediate

computer education. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical,

job-oriented training that enhances digital literacy and improves

employability.

Key

Responsibilities

• Conduct
• training sessions on basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet usage,
• Email, etc.)
• Teach
• fundamental IT concepts such as hardware, software, and digital tools
• Develop
• and deliver easy-to-understand training materials suited for beginners
• Assess
• students’ learning progress and provide continuous feedback
• Support
• students in building resumes and preparing for basic IT-related job roles
• Maintain
• attendance & batch records and training reports
• Ensure
• proper usage and maintenance of computer lab equipment
• Encourage
• participation and create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements

Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Basic

to intermediate knowledge of computers and IT applications

in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

communication and teaching skills

to simplify technical concepts for beginners

and empathy while working with learners from diverse backgrounds

or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

• Prior
• experience in teaching or training
• Experience
• working with NGOs or community-based programs is an advantage
