Marketing & UX Lead

About DScribe

DScribe, by Unriddle Technologies Pvt Ltd, builds clinical operating infrastructure for Indian hospitals. Our tablet-and-stylus platform replaces paper inpatient records without asking doctors to change how they work. Doctors continue to write by hand, and DScribe takes care of the rest: shared access across the care team, NABH compliance, AI-generated discharge summaries and operational insights.

We are growing fast, and we are building the team that will take DScribe to its next stage.

About the job

Marketing & Design · Mid–Senior · Full-time · Reports to Co-founder

Minimum qualifications

• 4 years of experience in marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and GA4.

• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS marketing.
• A balance of creative thinking and focus on measurable results.

How success is measured

Marketing and BD share one goal: qualified hospital conversations that convert. You will be measured on lead quality, not just lead volume.

Who we are looking for

We value passion and ownership more than a perfect CV. People who do well at DScribe:

• Care deeply about improving healthcare and the people who deliver it.
• Take ownership and follow through without being asked.
• Enjoy being in the field: meeting people, listening and solving real problems.
• Learn quickly, welcome feedback and stay steady under pressure.
