Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate capital market transactions within defined timelines.
• Support trade settlements for equity, debt, derivatives, and other market products.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, depositories, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions and settlement breaks.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and support audit requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic understanding of capital markets and financial products preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills will be an advantage.
