The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing performance campaigns, significant advertising budgets, and full-funnel acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through data-led decision-making, continuous experimentation, audience optimisation, and effective collaboration with creative and e-commerce teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Own and manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on efficient allocation and profitable growth.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across the full customer funnel.
  • Continuously monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
  • Work closely with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Track channel and campaign performance using attribution, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to align performance marketing with revenue and business objectives.
  • Monitor changes in advertising platforms, tracking technologies, attribution models, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate campaign structures, audience performance, creative effectiveness, and landing-page conversion to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Continuously improve acquisition efficiency through experimentation, data analysis, and performance-led decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and other performance marketing channels will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business decisions.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and creative optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of D2C/e-commerce customer journeys, acquisition funnels, and conversion behaviour.
  • Experience working with consumer, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, FMCG, lifestyle, or similar brands is preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, Shopify Analytics, and performance reporting tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models, tracking, pixels/events, Conversion APIs, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance with revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to independently own budgets, performance targets, and optimisation decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present insights to founders and business teams.
